The first Less is More challenge of the month is always colour and this month it's three shades of green http://simplylessismoore.blogspot.co.uk/2012/04/week-62-colour-challenge.html
I really liked the new inlaid paper marquetry technique I tried for the PDCC challenge this week so I decided to give it another go for this challenge.
I added the positive from one green strip to negative of the other, created a scalloped frame with nesties and added a sentiment from Penny Black. I finished it with some gems for a tiny bit of sparkle so it would be eligible for our First Anniversary challenge over at my charity fund raising blog in aid of St Luke's Hospice. All you need is some glitter, gems or something sparkly and you can enter for a chance to win our mega prize package worth around £50 so why not combine your green with some gems and join us http://stlukescharitycardschallenge.blogspot.com/
Thanks
