I used this week's sketch as my inspiration and pulled out one of my older TSG sets - A Little Treat - as you can't have enough cake on a birthday right? http://tsgclearstamps.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/tsg208-sketch-challenge.html
I stamped and paper pieced the chef and cake and added lots of sparkly red gems to bling up the cake on top of the glittered icing. A couple of layers of DP behind complete the sketch layout, but there just wasn't enough cake for me so I repeat stamped the cake all over the base card in grey ink.
