Donuts are behind the colour inspiration this week at Less is More and at first the colours totally freaked me out!  It is sooooo not my normal palette but then I remembered this card by the super talented Stephanie and thought that something using these colours and a similar stamp would work well for Mother's Day.

I stamped the same floral image in orange, yellow and two shades of pink (from a retired Elzybells set but the images in the set Stephanie used are very similar by the same artist now working for Penny Black) and then I stamped the greeting from Stephanie's own stamps (Happy Everything) over the top in black.  I trimmed the panel and then mounted onto a card.  Simples.

  1. This is gorgeous Tara, great use of quite tricky colours.
