I had my cricut out last night mass producing cards for our local Cats Protection League from whom we got our lovely Lottie a few years ago so I like to do what I can to support their totally volunteer run rescue services. I made them packs of cards with this image from the Cindy Loo cartridge.
As it was still out, I thought I'd use it to make my CASual Friday card for a change too (I really should use it more than I do, especially as I'm now after a Cameo too!)
This time I used the From the Nest cartridge and just used two colours and two images - the phrase goes with a different bird not the caged one - but I thought it would be a good card for someone leaving home for the first time. The only non-cricut bit is the chain I've hung the cage from which is actually a row of tiny silver spacer beads from my jewellery making stash.
It is actually not raining here today for the first time this week so we might go out for the day.
