I got a new supply of stamps from There She Goes yesterday and immediately played with them for their current challenge which is a colour challenge - grey and yellow plus a neutral - which fit perfectly with one of the sets which just happened to be the one I wanted to play with first :-D

Sorry its not a great image - its a scan not a photo and its not showing the "white space" around the grey.  But I really loved this little image and sentiment "I love you beyond measure"

I wanted to play with more of the stamps, so this one doesn't quite fit the challenge as there is no yellow, but I just couldn't resist making another little card - these are super tiny new card blanks from papermania - just 3 x 3 inch and make gorgeous mini cards or gift tags.  I just added a little embossed background detail to this one as its narrower than the other.  Expect to see many variations on a theme with this set!

These also fit the theme of "for the boys" at St Luke's this month.

To finish - I've just found out that one of my cards made the top 3 - I'm behind on my blog reader so only just found out today that I can add a new badge to my blog for this card - I love this range of cat stamps :-D

 Catch you later alligator ;-)

  1. Great male cards Tara and the different glass bottles look super. Well done on being in the top 3 at Ladybug.

  2. Congrats Tara - that kitty kat is my fave! I love your other two makes too - fun and fresh!

  3. Fabby cards Tara.Love the bottles, the yellow reminds me of the toxic water from `Only Fools And Horses` Lol.Well done on getting top 3 :)
Thanks for the tip about the tag, might do that. All the glueing didn`t take long and it`s the sort of thing you can do in front of the telly.

  4. Tara - these little beauties warm my geeky heart!! I have the chemistry sets and I adore them - love the microscope one. Great cards. Well done ont the kitty card too!

  5. Only recently found your blog - what great ideas ;)
I love your masculine ideas. Those science-y designs are so fun! Did you get the stamps direct from TSG or do you know if its possible to buy in the UK? I'd love to get my inky paws on those!!

  7. Great idea and super little cards so different.

  8. Hi Tara, these stamps are quite different, never seem any like these and it's nice to be able to do something a bit different to everyone else. They're such fun though, and the cat card is so funny, I love that one.

I'm glad you like my sheer colouring, it wasn't so hard when I sat down to do it, but it did look awful for most of the time - that white pencil really made a lot of difference and smoothed out the rough copic colouring, so if you do try it don't be put off cos it won't look right till you've finished. Hope you have a go. CoB

  9. Love those TSG mini cards!!! And I *need* that set!!! Thanks for playing along in our colour challenge this week:)
